Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using SmartSpeech Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian permission.

SmartSpeech Labs provides AI-assisted text-to-speech, voice-library access, voice cloning, generated-audio history, credits, billing, receipts, and support features. Features may change as the service develops.

AI-generated audio may contain pronunciation, timing, similarity, or other errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your password and account access.

Official SmartSpeech Labs Support will never ask for your password, OTP, card PIN, API key, or login verification code.

Only upload, clone, or use a voice when you own the necessary rights or have valid permission from the person whose voice is involved.

Do not use SmartSpeech Labs for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, defamation, unlawful surveillance, infringement, or other illegal activity. You remain responsible for the text, audio, voices, and other content you submit or distribute.

Paid plans and credit packages are governed by the price, credits, validity period, and payment method shown at purchase. Credits may expire according to the applicable plan or grant.

Pakistan and international payment routes may differ. When self-service international checkout is unavailable, Official SmartSpeech Labs Support may assist with verified payment and account activation.

A wallet credit or plan activation is complete only after the applicable payment process verifies the transaction. Receipts stored in your SmartSpeech Labs account are the service record of completed purchases.

We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, capacity limits, abuse prevention, or security events may affect access.

We may restrict or suspend access to address fraud, abuse, security threats, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.

Eligible generation failures may receive automatic credit restoration where supported. Payment refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and billing corrections depend on the payment method, applicable law, and transaction circumstances.

SmartSpeech Labs is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for how you use, publish, distribute, or commercialize generated content and for obtaining required permissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartSpeech Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations change. The effective date shown on this page will be updated.
